The goal was to rebuild the audio guide format without importing the problems that made traditional systems expensive and apps cumbersome. Web-based delivery means it just works. Audio format means visitors can keep looking at the art. Simple interface means the technology “disappears” and visitors can stay present and focused in the museum space.
